Oasis Ecopark processes personal data of its stakeholders in the execution of its main purpose, primarily involving the marketing of products in the animal reserve. Personal data maintained by Oasis Ecopark, acting as Controller and/or Processor as applicable, will be processed in compliance with the principles and regulations established in Colombian laws and applicable best practices regarding personal data protection. Accordingly, they will be processed for the following general purposes:

• Provide information about our services when requested and authorized.
• Investigate potential events that may occur within the facilities of Oasis Ecopark.
• Comply with legal obligations involving personal data of our clients.
• Fulfill obligations and/or commitments arising from contractual or non-contractual relationships with its clients.
• For the development of e-commerce activities: Communicate with clients about products, publications, and activities related to their business, whether carried out directly or not.

To exercise the right to Habeas Data, the data subject or any person demonstrating a legitimate interest as indicated in current regulations can do so by sending an email to the following email address: portoasisecopark@gmail.com or by sending a communication to (Maria Claudia Alarcon) at the following physical address: Cl. 28, Cartagena de Indias, Provincia de Cartagena, Bolívar. The data subject exercising the right to habeas data must provide the requested contact information accurately to process, handle, and respond to the request and comply with the requirements for the exercise of their rights. Upon receiving the request to exercise the right to habeas data, Oasis Ecopark will respond in accordance with the law.
